Official Privacy and Data Collection Policies; What Personal Information does Lonestar Services collect? How does Lonestar Services collect such Personal Information?
- We will ask for and retain your name, contact information such as phone number and email address, and location of services when you call our office and request service
- We do not share your information with anyone outside our office
- If you have a delinquent account, owing Lonestar Services monies for past due invoices, we will share your name, contact information, and history of service with any debt collection agencies that we retain to collect monies owned to us
- Lonestar Services collects this personal information by asking you for it when you schedule service with Lonestar Services
Communicating via SMS Text Messages
- Lonestar Services DOES NOT engage in SMS campaigns or automated SMS messaging. All communications with Lonestar Services via SMS are with an actual person
- To communicate with Lonestar Services via SMS text messages, you must first "opt in" as per RULES set by AT&T; Lonestar Services is a customer of AT&T and they dictate to us how we can engage with our customers on the topic of SMS text messaging. For more information, please visit this link

Communicating with AI (artificial intelligence) or through 3rd Party API integrations
- Lonestar Services doesn't use AI nor does Lonestar Services connect our communications to any 3rd party app or API
